How many employees do I need?
The typical new franchisee will start with six employees in addition to the business owner. You need two full-time office employees (including you) and four to five
team members.
Do I need vehicles for my business?
Yes. The Maids helps you with vehicle specifications and branding. The car becomes the “rolling billboard” for your operation!
Am I required to have an office?
Yes. An office is required so that your team members have a place to start and
end each day, equipment and supplies can be stored, and training and scheduling computers can be set up. Parking for your team vehicles is also important. Industrial office space works well.
